Catnic is pleased to announce a significant recruitment drive at its Caerphilly manufacturing site, with 13 new Production Operator roles being created across February and March. The expansion comes in response to sustained customer demand and reflects the company’s continued confidence in its long‑term growth strategy.

At a time when many industries are scaling back due to wider economic pressures, Catnic’s investment in new roles represents a welcome boost for the local job market. The business, which currently employs more than 200 people in South Wales, has seen strong and consistent interest across its product range, prompting the need to strengthen its operational teams ahead of a busy period.

For jobseekers in the region, these new positions offer a valuable opportunity to join a respected local employer known for its stability, heritage, and commitment to the community. The additional staffing will support production across several key lines, ensuring Catnic continues to deliver the high levels of service and reliability its customers expect.

Recruitment is being managed in partnership with Randstad. For further information, please contact Amy Barton, Team Leader – Delivery (Engineering) at Randstad: 📧 amy.barton@randstad.co.uk
