Minimum information required to create a lintel schedule

To produce a lintel schedule for typical small to medium sized properties the minimum information that Catnic requires is:

• Wall Construction
• Elevation drawings
• Floor plans (ideally dimensioned and scaled at 1:50)

For cavity wall construction we also need know if standard or thermally broken lintels are required

For larger or more complex properties we may also require

• Floor type details and span directions
• Roof truss details
• Section details
• Structural Engineer’s drawings
