Delivery day
We will deliver your order to your chosen address within mainland Great Britain.
We will confirm the expected delivery date on your order confirmation. If there is any change to this date, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Depending on the postcode of the delivery address, next day delivery may be an option subject to the payment of an additional charge.
Please note we currently only deliver Monday to Friday.

Delivery charges
Our delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process.
As each order is unique, the price for shipping is calculated using a number of factors: location, weight/length of product and chosen shipping method.
Kerbside delivery & access
All orders will be delivered kerbside as standard. We work to high safety specifications and do not advise drivers to go beyond the kerb when delivering our lintels.
Please ensure that the delivery vehicle will have clear access to your roads and the kerbside outside the chosen delivery address. You must ensure that a wide delivery truck can access your road and will not be impeded by any parked cars or obstacles in the road. For the vehicle to gain access to your property the truck must be able to drive in/out of the street or turn around.

Standard Term of Delivery
It is your responsibility to check you received all the goods you ordered and that they are not damaged.
Any issues should be reported to Catnic within one working day of delivery.
