Minimum information required to create a lintel schedule
To produce a lintel schedule for typical small to medium sized properties the minimum information that Catnic requires is:
Wall Construction
Elevation drawings
Floor plans (ideally dimensioned and scaled at 1:50)
For cavity wall construction we also need know if standard or thermally broken lintels are required
For larger or more complex properties we may also require
Floor type details and span directions
Roof truss details
Section details
Structural Engineer’s drawings
