The Catnic Urban Training Centre has been created to equip trade professionals with the practical skills and technical understanding needed to install the Catnic® Urban standing seam roofing and cladding system. Demand for training continues to grow, with places booking up quickly.

While the Urban system is designed with simplicity and installer‑friendliness in mind, nothing compares to seeing the product in action. Our hands‑on demonstrations give delegates the opportunity to understand installation techniques, ask questions, and gain confidence in specifying and fitting the system accurately.

Hands‑On Training in a Purpose‑Built Environment

The training centre features a fully equipped classroom environment, providing attendees with a solid theoretical grounding in the pre‑coated metal standing seam system. This includes:

• System components and performance characteristics
• Fixings, detailing and installation best practice
• Understanding low‑pitch capabilities and design flexibility

To complement the classroom learning, the centre includes specially developed training rigs that allow delegates to practise real‑world installation scenarios. These cover:

• Basic installation techniques
• Modifying panels to accommodate roof windows, chimneys and other features
• Approaches to detailing and weatherproofing
• Practical troubleshooting for on‑site challenges
