About
Catnic Timber to Timber Medium Duty Joist Hangers, are suitable for joist depths up to 250mm with face fixing. Designed with 50mm wide strap legs and increased nail spacing. The leg is suitable for face fixing or wrapped over supporting floor joists.
- Catnic Timber to Timber Joist Hangers are designed with a 50mm bearing surface and pre-punched side gussets to allow nail fixing into timber joist. Use either Type A or Type B fixings in all pre-punched holes (Type A, 3.75mm x 30mm sheradised square twist nails for manual fixing, Type B, 3.75mm x 35mm sheradised square twist nails for nail gun fixing) . When used in loft conversion applications where the hanger extends below the supporting beam, a maximum drop of no more than 75mm is recommended.
